Made-to-order merchandise

Most Hearts in Season products are printed or personalized after a customer orders them. Please allow time for both production and shipping. Express delivery, when available, does not necessarily shorten the time needed to manufacture an item.

Where we ship

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States only. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Some product and destination restrictions may apply; we do not currently offer international ordering.

Production and shipping estimates

Production and transit times depend on the item, print provider, destination, season and carrier. Any timeframe on a product page or at checkout is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed. We do not guarantee delivery for any holiday, birthday or special event unless a specific date has been expressly confirmed for your order.

Shipping charges and split shipments

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. If items are produced at different facilities, they may arrive in separate packages on different dates, with separate tracking details. A set is included only if the product listing explicitly says so.

Address changes and corrections

Check the delivery address, apartment or unit number, size, color and personalization before placing an order. To request a correction, contact Hearts in Season support as soon as possible with your order number. Once production has started, changes and cancellation may not be possible, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Delays, missing deliveries or wrong items

If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe represented when you purchased it, we will provide information about the delay and the cancellation, refund, or consent options required by applicable law. If an item is missing, damaged, incorrect, or appears not to have been delivered, contact us promptly. We will review the shipment information and work toward an appropriate remedy. Please retain photos or packaging if helpful.
