About Hearts in Season

Hearts in Season offers seasonal clothing, gifts and accessories through its online storefront. These Terms of Service apply to your use of our store and purchases placed through it. Please also review our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Products, images and availability

Our products are generally made to order through print-production partners. Check the product listing carefully for the available designs, colors, sizes, materials and items included in the price. Digital styling mockups and lifestyle illustrations may be used to show a design concept; the actual product listing and supplier views should be used to understand what is included. Screen colors and printed materials may differ slightly; this does not excuse material errors, defects, or products that are not as described.

Only products with active purchase options can be ordered. Draft concepts are not available for sale. If a purchased item cannot be produced or delivered as represented, we will contact you regarding the available solutions and refunds as appropriate or legally required.

Prices, payments and orders

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown before payment. A matching item is sold separately unless the listing specifically identifies a bundle. Orders may be subject to lawful fraud screening and verification. We will contact you if an accepted order cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping and delivery

We currently accept eligible U.S. delivery addresses only. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Products may arrive in multiple packages. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed event or holiday arrival dates unless we expressly confirm a guarantee. Our Shipping Policy sets out additional details and legally required options if shipment is delayed.

Returns, defects and cancellations

Our Returns & Refunds Policy describes eligible non-personalized returns, personalized-item restrictions, refunds and return shipping responsibilities. Please contact us quickly about any change, cancellation or problem; production may begin soon after an order is placed. Nothing in our policies excludes statutory remedies for defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods.

Personalization and intellectual property

Where personalization is offered, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information and images you submit and for having the right to use them. You may not submit unlawful or infringing content. Store branding, designs, artwork and site materials belong to their respective owners and may not be copied for commercial purposes without permission.

Third parties and updates

Shopify powers our online storefront. We also use independent printing, payment and shipping providers. Hearts in Season remains the customer contact for purchases from our store. We may update these terms; the terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
